Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, delivery address and order details when you place an order or send an enquiry on this website, WhatsApp or phone.
• Optional details you choose to share, such as the message on the cake, the occasion, a birthday or anniversary date, and how you found us.
• Basic, anonymous technical data such as the page that referred you (for example Instagram or Google), to understand which channels work.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and products are popular, and how many visitors start an order. It uses cookies and records information such as pages viewed, items added to the order, the device and browser, and the approximate area (city level). Your IP address is not stored by Google Analytics. We do not send your name, phone number or address to Google Analytics, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on; the website and ordering keep working.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp or phone.
• To ask for feedback after your order and, unless you tell us not to, to remind you about upcoming celebrations or offers. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
• To keep business and tax records, and to improve our products and service.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with people who need it to deliver your order (for example a delivery partner), or when the law requires it.

Storage and security

Order records are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and are accessible only to authorised Jerry Bakers staff with a password. We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you messages, by messaging WhatsApp +91 93636 69641.
